Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP)

The Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) is a multi-year program in Missouri that helps students, and their families explore career and academic opportunities. The ICAP is intended to begin no later than the eighth grade and help students develop the skills and knowledge to achieve their career goals.
