Health and Wellness Program

Confluence Academies has established a Wellness Committee comprised of a team of Wellness Champions, who connect employees to wellbeing resources, and Wellness Champions, who serve as a liaison to leadership, representing the needs and interests of the employees at their buildings. The goal of our Wellness Committee is to improve the lives of our employees by providing programs, benefits, and environments supportive of thriving wellbeing. It seeks to positively influence physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing for our employees.

What We Do:

  • Monthly Wellness Challenges & Lifestyle Tips:wellness event 4

Each month, Confluence Academies’ Wellness Committee rolls out themed

challenges designed to encourage healthy habits and mindful living. From physical activity goals to mindfulness practices, these challenges come with practical advice and creative ways staff can incorporate wellness into their daily routines.
  • Wellness Newsletters with Timely Resources: Employees receive regular newsletters filled with helpful content — from updates on benefit offerings to nutritious recipes and mental health tips. The newsletters also highlight community wellness events and initiatives, helping staff stay connected and informed.

  • Employee Resource Guide & Local Wellness Add-Ons:
A comprehensive wellness resource guide is available to all employees, detailing available benefits, counseling resources, and health programs. The guide also tracks wellness upgrades happening at each school, such as the addition of wellness rooms or new relaxation spaces designed to support staff well-being.

  • Customized School-Specific Wellness Enhancements:
Each school within our network is working to improve onsite wellness options for staff, from adding comfortable wellness rooms to hosting events. The committee ensures these offerings are tailored to the unique needs of each school’s team, creating accessible wellness experiences for all.
